Advanced polling station on Campobello Island opens this weekend on Saturday, October 12th and again on Tuesday, October 15th. Official Election Day polls are open on Monday, October 21st.
Polls are open from 10am to 8pm for each day. Polling station for the whole island is at the Welshpool Hall (previously known by many of us as the Legion) at 5 Welshpool Wharf Road.

So many of our groups within our community are looking for volunteers and for individuals to get involved to make light work with many hands. Here are a list of groups that we have already. These groups are who are asking for help in our community or a shout out to be involved. To have your group or organization to be added to this list, please reach out and it will be added:
- Parent School Support Committee (PSSC): Contact the group through their Facebook group to find out info and get involved. www.facebook.com/groups/172769862747917
- Dial a Ride: Charlotte County is looking for volunteers but we are in need for some on Campobello Island for our residents. To become a volunteer, please find more info at charlottedial-a-ride.com or call them at 506-466-4444
- Red Cross: The Canadian Red Cross is an organization with volunteers all over the country and world. They would love to see someone in each community as a liaison and representative for them and us. If this is something that interests you or you have questions, find out more at www.redcross.ca/volunteer/contact-us
- Campobello Clothesline and Food Bank: Our Food Bank and Clothesline are always welcome to volunteers for both aspects. Please reach out if you think you would like to help out! Shoot an email off to campobellofoodbank@gmail.com for more info and to show your interest.
- Bay of Fundy International Marathon... if you haven't heard already is a work in progress for 2025! If you would like to get involved and want to be a part of it, there will be more info to come in the next few weeks.
